1. Does Dropcontact store my data?

No. For ethical and independence reasons, Dropcontact does not use or sell any data. This is a fundamental principle, no external use to keep your data 100% private, and it will remain so! Internally, we guarantee that we do not group them either.

Dropcontact is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application that cleans, corrects and enriches users' contact data. Our developers spend all their time fixing bugs, adding new features and verify the whole thing to provide a reliable, rich and affordable solution.

Our product is our passion. Your data doesn't even come into play. We simply do not care.

We have made the irrevocable choice to focus all our energy on our customers, which are our users. That is why we will never use any personal data, because we respect the privacy of our users and because we refuse to contribute to their exploitation for commercial purposes.

We are committed never to sell your personal data to third parties, more generally we will never use your personal data for external purposes. We may use data from your Google Contacts account to correct, enrich and synchronize your data. These are kept for internal purposes and are not used in any other way.

Dropcontact takes care to scrupulously protect your personal data, in accordance with our customer promise, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy as well as legislative and regulatory evolutions in the matter.

2. Dropcontact and safety

Dropcontact only uses SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted channels on all pages on which certain personal data is collected.

These protocols automatically encrypt all information before it is sent to Dropcontact.

Your data is encrypted while it is in circulation but also on the server where it is stored. All data stored on persistent disks is encrypted according to AES 256-bit standard. This standard is the same as the one used by Google, Amazon or Facebook for example.
