Does Dropcontact find business emails? | Dropcontact finds business emails based on last name + first name + company name (and not only based on the domain name). For now, we find 25% to 50% of business emails.
Can Dropcontact process a file with no headers? ||| No, it is essential to mention the column headers (Last Name, First Name, Email…) so that the solution can process your file.

I want to get my source file back, before the Dropcontact processing, how do I do that? || Dropcontact always saves your original file. To get it back, click on the download link next to the name of your file in the “Source file” column.
If my xls file has several sheets, how do I choose which one to process?
I want to upload an xls (or xlsx) file with several sheets, how do I select the one which I want to process? || When you upload an xls (or xlsx) file with several sheets, Dropcontact automatically recognizes their presence and offers you to choose which one to process. Be careful, you can only choose the sheet which has headers (see “Headers problem”).
How do I download my file?
How do I get my file back once it has been processed by Dropcontact? || When your file is ready, we send you an email with a link enabling you to download your file. It sends you on the page containing the history of your files. Then, all you have to do is click on the button on the column “Processed file”, in front of the name of the file you want to download.
Problem with the “Company” header
The last name and first name of a contact are registered but are not recognized, why? ||| If the first name and/or the last name of a contact are registered in the “Company” column for example, the solution will not be able to identify it and put the information in the appropriate columns.
